Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and are conducted online.
Initially I will ask you to fill in a questionnaire and a food diary which will help me know what to focus on in our sessions.
We can discuss what to eat, but equally importantly, talk about the emotional side of food and how to plan for success.
Not everyone needs or wants to do keto, which is very low carb. I can also help you transition to a more flexible lower carb lifestyle or help you boost your overall health with real whole foods and lifestyle strategies.
How often you have a coaching session is totally up to you, although I would recommend weekly for at least a month to start, to get you on track.
